The event is going to have bigger bangs, sky scraping rockets and wizzes to wow you, all provided by award winning Dynamic Fireworks. Following on from the success of the fireworks being set to music, the theme this year is Ibiza Classics.

🎇 Leeds Castle Fireworks Weekend | 8th & 9th November
This highly anticipated event that features awe-inspiring fireworks with music that you’ll feel in your fingers, and feel in your toes… yes this year the incredible soundtrack is inspired by LOVE, guaranteed to get you dancing all night long and enjoy the complementing projections and lasers that will bring the Castle to life.

Join us for a spectacular firework show, where the sky will be illuminated with vibrant bursts of nostalgia, accompanied by music, creating an electrifying atmosphere. Don’t miss this explosive event that promises to be a dazzling display of lights, colors, and memories!

Creative Maidstone is marking what would have been Tony Hart’s 100th birthday with a heart-warming exhibition curated by his daughter, Carolyn Ross. Born in Maidstone in 1925, Hart became a household name through ‘Take Hart’, the original Blue Peter badge, and his beloved clay character, Morph. The exhibition takes visitors inside his studio world, showcasing sketches, watercolours, TV pieces and personal portraits. Hosted at the brand-new Creative Maidstone Arts Hub, the free exhibition runs until 8 November 2025, celebrating not just an iconic artist but also Maidstone’s proud creative spirit.

Join us for a creative morning of life drawing. Grab your sketchbook and pencils and get ready to unleash your inner artist! Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, this event is open to all skill levels.

🛍 Detling Showground Antiques & Vintage Fair | 1st and 2nd November
This very popular two day fair has up to 300 indoor stalls as well as over 200+ more outdoor stalls. With a great selection of furniture, ceramics, jewellery, silver, fantastic garden items and so much more, this is a weekend fair is one of the must go to fairs on the antiques and vintage calendar and is not to be missed.

Strangers on a Train | 4th - 8th November
Join the Willington Players for their next production, Strangers on a Train! Strangers on a Train follows two men, Guy Haines and Charles Bruno, who meet on a train and impulsively agree to "swap murders" to avoid suspicion. Guy, a successful architect, wants to divorce his unfaithful wife, while Bruno wants to kill his abusive father. 

Polish Festival 2025 | 8th November
Celebrate Polish Independence Day with Maidstone Museum for a day of food, crafts and traditional Polish Music

The Education People Show | 12th November
This is the South-East’s leading event for the promotion and development of effective school leadership, management, learning and teaching featuring a high-level conference, inspirational workshops and a comprehensive exhibition of leading suppliers of services to schools and academies. It brings together hundreds of education leaders from across Kent and neighbouring counties – to share best practice and new ideas on managing and developing education in the region.

🎵 Tom Ball - Spotlight | 13th November
He’s the vocal sensation who’s racked up 85 million views and has been working with Grammy-winning writers. Tom Ball shot to fame on Britain’s Got Talent, with Simon Cowell telling him he was ‘simply sensational’, and Amanda Holden saying he was among the best she’d ever seen.

Photowalk Maidstone | 14th November
These workshops not only cover technical aspects of photography but also explore the creative side and the performative nature of the medium. The sessions are relaxed, practical, and open to anyone - whether you’re just starting out or looking to learn new skills and improve your photography. It's also a great opportunity to gain encouragement, meet like minded people and share

The market comprises mainly food stalls with a few craft stalls. All stall holders must produce what they sell. They show case the producers and their produce on the stage with a demonstration kitchen. There is a covered eating area which is a great place to have Sunday Brunch.

Have Released Their Christmas Hours

A new sculpture, The Meeting Point, has been unveiled on Penenden Heath, celebrating its history of community and togetherness. It features three figures – a Royalist Cavalier, a Victorian cricketer and a healer woman – symbolising centuries of people gathering on the Heath.

Created by local artists Thomas and Gary Thrussell, the galvanised steel piece stands on a Civil War drum and is designed to last for generations. Councillor Stephen Thompson said it reflects Penenden Heath’s unity and rich history.
